7810 with 19 speed powershift, if you put it in reverse higher than 4th, tractor goes into neutral and transmission light comes on. Have to put it in park before it will go back into any gear. Ideas? Is there a sensor of any kind under the shift lever/throttle panel cover? The cover was replaced a week or two before shifting issue popped up.


Yes on the shift lever shaft there are 2 rotary dials, one black box that controls the "click" and a white rotary indexing dial. You have to remove the passenger side glass to get to it and it's a bear to replace them if they are your issue.
