Little River, TX | Here in our corner of Central Texas we do not NEED a rain, but some rain would be APPRECIATED.
Now south of San Antonio they qualify to fit the NEEDing rain big time! All my life time those people are in need of a rain.
Here we can expect one wet year in three. Two of those years are usually flirting with a drought category. Those folks there can expect real rain about one year in ten, with the remaining years in the dry to drought category.
Just as long as we are not expecting regular rains like you might find in Virginia, we can manage. In fact a few here prosper in these conditions. Some day I hope to also. | |
