Western illinois | Both. Lots of cloudy weather, high humidity and saturated ground. I have a home weather station and humidity was always 90-99% in the mornings in August. Lots of fog blah blah blah. Our yards are still getting mowed in less than a week. I had better corn in 2012 than what I picked today. If you don’t have tar spot yet, count your blessings. It’s a bitch.
