There are a lot of small seed planters available but for many or maybe most you have to have some pretty deep pockets. Not sure what will work best for you but here are some teasers for you to think about.

The Stanhay belt planters will plant very small seed such as turnip, broccoil, etc. I have two units and find the work best for me on clean ground. http://www.suttonag.com/Stanhay.html Sutton Ag site was already given but note that they do offer many different planters.

Willsie offers several planters listed under new field equipment.

Yetter makes good planters based on the old John Deere Flex 71 design after they acquired the rights for it. Not sure just how small of seed you could plant with it. Milo does great and is about bb sized.

SRES can fix you up for whatever you want to plant as they build planters for test plots. Now where did I lay that lottery ticket?

Market Farm has you covered with several options.

Johnny's Selected Seeds sells a number of different seeders but I really don't think any would work properly for you in your situation.
