Sat through a presentation from lawyers and you cannot shoot it down. You do not own or control the air above your land. Also a good chance that you will be recorded and sued. It is a bummer but true. People have paid dearly for a stupid action out of frustration.


You sound like a drone owner talking your position. From what I gather, there exists a patchwork of laws that are in many cases unclear on the definition of who owns the airspace. For me,lets say drone is being utilized to scout a neighbors field of something else productive, I'd be inclined to give it a pass. Harassing my family, on property owned by me, fishing in a remote location, its coming down.
