Maybe its a local misnomer but all apple juice you buy in a glass jar sealed,or modern cardboardfoil packs ,or concentrate has been heated during the process.You can tell by the taste easily.Here if its pressed cold and sold (it can be heated shortly to pastuerize ) it is called Apple Cider.
