My Co-op suspended a board member when he stopped shipping milk. They said they'd keep the seat open for 6 months in case he started shipping milk again. I don't have a problem with the board making a lot of the decisions as long as they've all got skin in the game and I have a say in who is on the board.
Do dairy CO-OP's really care about the cooperative system?
