That is probably an exaggeration to say we have lived more but we surely have felt better and are able to do more than we used to.
There is no doubt we are in better health now than we were three years ago. Based on not only our weight, but our blood tests, the fact we no longer need multiple prescription drugs, that pains and knee and back problems have went away (me) and a lot more.
Keto diet is going to kill you.
