ncpa | We split the planter 50-50. Bmr corn is denser than regular silage so it usually looks like you are getting less off your fields but if you would actually weigh it, it probably isn't much difference in yield. We have had too much rain here in july and looking across the field you cant tell much difference between each side of the planter. One thing you will like is the grain you can cut out of the ration.
