I used chassis savor paint on my 2002 semi frame. Recommended on here. Powerwashed off the frame, wire brushed any rust areas and brush it on. It bonds to rust areas and flexible. You don't see brush strokes. Its been two years now and very happy with results. Ordered off eBay!
