I find it easier to get the yield maps off AgLeader monitors than Pro600s. The Pro600 uses an ATA flash card and it can be a little tricky to find a card reader, while AgLeader uses USB. I also like having all my data on the same platform, so it would be nice to get planting, spraying, and yield maps on the same monitor. That said, I’m also kind of cheap so unless I could sell the Pro600 for close to what it would cost to get AgLeader yield monitoring in the combine I would just keep the Pro600, buy a backup data card, and copy my data every few days during harvest.
You really think you could ever get that much out of the 600
when the Ag Leader has less the 10 % of the issues and is still supported |
