Roann In. | Grew up in North Central Indiana, born in 53. Farms all had lanes and small fields, 12/15 acres and fence rows. They were everywhere it seemed. Last one I heard was a few years back, that Bob White call they had was so unique and cool. A lot of changes over the years, many have not been that good I'm afraid. Obviously getting older. Even Red Wing black birds are a rare sighting anymore. Remember mowing hay and they were thick sometimes. | |
