Doing the restore last known good configuration is restoring a previous registry backup and that is why you are able to run your computer after you get that error. As for why the registry is getting corruputed all the time, I have no idea without acutally looking at it. Your best bet since you said it has alot of junk on it is to do a fresh install of windows. |
