NW Washington | I would guess that not having to buy batteries is one of the biggest advantages. On the downside, I would say having to fool around charging batteries all the time and having to take the charger with you whenever you leave home. Batteries in my aids last a week or more.
There was some concern about the batteries catching fire like lithium-ion batteries have been known to do, but apparently, that problem has gone away. | |
