You don't argue, simply tell them, "Since we can't please you with the products and service we offer, you should do business elsewhere, where you will be happy."
Most will apologize, and become a good customer, the ones that leave, you are better off without.
This. Used to think I needed every customer. Business got better when some of the whiners moved on and you could focus more on your good customers.
