Sw mn | I told the service manager that it was his job to make me feel like a valued customer, weather I was or not.
As a customer I now realize it’s my job to call the 2 different John Deere dealerships that I have within 20 miles and negotiate a labor rate before I bring in a piece of equipment.
Take the cheapest and don’t let the other one low ball after the first offer. I would rather just go to my first choice shop but they have proven that loyalty doesn’t pay.
Customer isn’t always right, but there is no needs to screw him. | |
