Most of the dirt in North Texas is red, but my garden soil gets special treatment. ;)
I am currently making around three quiche each month. The pictured quiche was good, but not one of my favorites. I added my veggies to a rendition of a salmon quiche, and I think that was too many flavors for one quiche. I enjoy a salmon and cream cheese quiche with dill, or an all vegetable quiche with meat on the side more.
