West Texas

Looks good!
But I have 1 question: Where's the beef?? lol
I love vegetables! But I also love meat.
We've been eating onions, potatoes, squash, zucchini, broccoli, cabbage, snow peas, tomatoes and asparagus out of our garden. Along with venison we harvested and processed and have in the freezer.
Asparagus are about done, broccoli is done and snow peas are done until I plant again late next month for a fall harvest. I planted more carrots and lettuce yesterday.
We've harvested all the radishes too. Green beans and black eyed peas should be coming off soon. Also have various peppers coming along nicely. Oh, and sweet corn and cucumbers.
Of course last nights hail storm did a number on it all.

We really enjoy a small pan of squash/ zucchini/ onions and potatoes on the grill seasoned with garlic salt and a hint of black pepper.  And butter of course. Everything is better with butter! lol And I add some venison sausage or something like that most of the time.
