Put the fill on the flatbed rail, but do the fuel vent mod. Gut the rollover valve and put a 5/8" hose barb in it. Put another 5/8" hose barb right at the fill neck. Run a 5/8" hose to the new barbs. Thats now the tank vent. Remove and gut the internal vent hose on the fill hose. After that, it'll take fuel as fast as you can pump it in.
