East Arkansas
We don’t count when it comes to corn but we count when it comes to soybeans...the part of Arkansas that got blown out by that rain is some of the most productive in Arkansas. We aren’t like Midwestern states...most of our agricultural land is in the eastern 1/3 of the state...
