Southern MN
2” rain from away from APH? I question that in the western corn belt. Last year I stated our crop was made after a 2” rain in July. Subsoil was full. We had a fantastic year yield wise last year but it was close. Just 10 miles south of us in IA had guys getting crop insurance checks because of how fast things went downhill in August. Huge potential but 2” will not do much as far as making APH. All fields are showing moisture stress here today. C on c and end rows started showing up last weekend.
