Your situation, though semi-common to our area, is unique from likely 99% of this board. IMO, heavy on the O, after 7 years, you should know where things are headed. Maybe another couple sit downs, one to put the cards on the table, then a follow up...................?
The most successful positions that I've seen come together over the years, are when the "employee" puts him/herself in a position of over whelming demand. A strong back is worth about minimum wage or just a little over and usually dont even have to speak the same language. A strong brain on the other hand, is near priceless. | |
