| We are in Western KY and slugs have been a major problem with all the wet cool weather. Planted 80 acres around April 16 and replanted 60. Notilled in stalks. Had to disk and replant. Tillage is really only control method that has worked. No tilled more in May slugs still eating but beans outgrow them faster. Still need to spot in a few spots of them. Rain every day doesn’t help. If seed trench doesn’t close good, damage is even worse. Only second time I’ve had this problem in my 22 years of having a crop. 2017 was the other year.
