Western Illinois | Western Illinois isn’t desperately dry. Most everything looks to be in good shape for now. 5-7 days of 90+ heat is going to take a lot of topsoil moisture with it. Crops in general are looking good. We were in desperate need of GDU’s, so it’s not a bad thing yet. We will need a nice shower by the 20th-25th or is will be getting dry quick. No complaints at this point here. | |
