Won’t get lighter if you can’t get them killed.

Someone was on here the other day that wanted to sell 5 loads and they only took 3. Those other 2 are just getting bigger.

I think 120 is the new normal.

It will be interesting to see if there is a futures spike at corn harvest. Why grind $7 corn to turn it into $4 corn? Sell it off the combine and buy a lake house with the cattle check on the way out the door.


All true. Very sad that our country puts so little value in food production. A price our society is going to pay for some day and maybe sooner than we might think. The cowherd is shrinking by the minute. 24 to 36 months from conception to the meat case.
