Did they cut ya the fillet out of a roast, I had a smaller fat heifer prolapse a few years ago. Told locker, I want as many steaks to grill as possible make hamburger out of the rest. Those little fillets the butcher pulled out of some cut of roast were the best I’ve ever eaten, just Awesome! If the same cut, don’t let the size fool ya.
