Americans have short memories. China does not. They remember the crop failures of prior grand solar minimums. Today there are 71 Chinese rivers that exceed warning levels---worse than last year. Do you think they want 1.4 billion people to be hungry---and angry? Earthquakes. Volcanoes spewing ash into the atmosphere. Happened in 1816---Year without a Summer.
So USA is gonna sell them all the grain.
