When you say remote engage, do you mean remote logging? Or do you meant remote engage for a steering system? The steering system remote engage switches usually go to the steering system components ie: T2 on an EZ-Steer or Nav Controller on an AutoPilot. If you are talking about remote logging, it needs to go to Pins 4 & 5 or 2 & 5 on the second round Turck connector on the rear of the XCN display, (if you've bought the correct factory cable it will just plug in correctly) then you have to go into the Settings button at the bottom of the home screen, Go into Mapping/Coverage and Select the cable P/N applicable (as there are 2 x DIG I/0 ports and they are different wiring config for each cable), then in your implement setup, you need to enable the Switches option & select Active High/Low depending on whether it is a Normally Open/Normally Closed style switch.

Its a bit of an ordeal, but works well once it set up correctly......
