Haven't been north of SF, but have maybe seen what John is talking about.
Big trees i've seen are to the east and/or southeast of SF towards Yosemite.. Just remember thinking it was crazy going from the big trees and mountains, right to the valley and orange groves.
Off subject
Traffic has been horrible for several months.
With all this money floating around and the baby boomers retiring.
Way off subject but the next 10 yrs it’s going to be interesting.
I do know Labor Day weekend use to be a nightmare in the keys.
Was and possibly still going this summer(have family that way) but “wow” the traffic and restaurants are packed.
I’m thinking after the covid things are not going back to normal.
I think lots of opportunity in just about everything in the service industry including farming and organics(honey antibacterial).

Got my oil delivered to my door yesterday.
Local didn’t carry it no more.
If I was young again
I would buy a hurricane insurance boat.

Hang out and contract to the scuba spots.
Nothing like going to these locations but planning these trips with all the 360 camera videos is interesting.

I’d say someone in there 30’s should be smiling if they obtain real life education.
A collapse could happen but those in the right place.

I need to look into the real numbers of how much money is in retirement ready to come out.
