It's going to be a giant file if they are all image files.
One way would be to convert it into a .pdf using cute pdf or similar - depends on the nature of the pages whether that would work because it would need text recognition software.
If you can only make images from the scans you may have to break it down into several emails with maybe 5 pages attached.
