Heard this comment the other day and it really sunk in, think about this statement. Most if not all custom butcher shops in the country are booked for cattle that haven’t been born yet. I find that some what disturbing.
so why isn't there more being built, with all the small business grants and incentives for new businesses to be built in towns, and all the crying about markets, would think there would be new ones being built all over the place. Seems like a lot more sensible solution to the market problems than crying for the government to intervene in the markets. |
