10 miles north of GI would be sandy sand grass most likely. Could be some low ground that still sand but more or less waters from underneath depending if its straight north or north and east a little. 

If its straight north, theres no way it supports 10 pairs for 5 months unless it rains at least once a week. Ill bet in 3 months it looks like a golf course.


Were 40 miles north of GI in much better grass and we figure 5ac/pair at minimum I like to be at 7ish in a normal year, 10 on a dry one.


I think I know who the guy is ( I can just make out his name) and hes a real doozy. More than likely your cows will get harrassed by dirtbikes and 4 wheelers
