S.C. Wisconsin | The problem I had when we were farming there wasn't much available funds to invest off the farm. We always bought some land that we could cash flow. I might be wrong but now in my retirement I am comfortable with my investment in real estate. But things could turn and I am convinced nobody can predict what the future holds. Never brag about your wealth or health as they can go downhill fast overnight! | |
