| Pretty sure the MBA-6 is just an antenna. The way to be sure is to look at the cord going to it. If it's just a coax cable then it's just an antenna. If it's a bundle of wires then it would be a dedicated receiver.
If it's just an antenna then I'm fairly confident that any powered GPS antenna with the same plug ( probably TNC) will work. See the other recent thread about antennas. There are good low cost antennas available for a fraction of the cost of the ones the ag companies sell. | |
