If you start in at about minute 50 or 55 you get to the gist of his argument. He essentially says you can't get to doses high enough in plasma.

This was the same argument given nearly two years ago claiming in an in vitro study that excessive levels would be needed. But in actual practice those high levels were not needed because the levels were concentrated in certain areas of the body and were at higher levels than plasma levels.

That one popped up a few days ago and I did watch it end to end. He (the dude with the hyphenated last name, and there is nothing wrong with that) had several technical errors to the point I question his credibility. The errors were what he was basing his opinion on. Additionally, he talked a lot about facts and science and then proceeds to deviate from that path and makes personal attacks. If you flipped through the comments, you'd find more outright disrespectful or at least unprofessional, statements from him.

If you take his one argument and apply it to his summary of the first item.... First item has 3 IVE drugs, 2 have a negative response and 1 has a positive response. His position is that 2 negatives outweigh the 1 positive, yet in the study it was looking for any positives, so the one positive _does_ count. If you use his later argument to dismiss one of the other studies, that being "what would a negative control look like". Well, what would a negative control look like on the first study? It would look like 3 zeros. What did the first study have? 2 zeros and 1 not-zero. So, a positive result.

Add to that the discussion where the new Pfizer drug uses another drug to make itself effective, in other words, without the other drug, the new Pfizer drug would be passed through your system too quickly to be of value. Which is all well and good that another drug is needed.. So, is there something that is enabling the same functionality for IVE? For discussion, if you only looked at the facts and science for the Pfizer drug, you could reach the conclusion that it does not and could not work. However, when added with something else, now it is effective (or claims to be). That leads to questions, is there something else that can enable IVE to do the helpful things (could be another drug, could be natural or part of a person's system)? Does that explain why it appears to anecdotally work in so many situations?

Hopefully both Merck and Pfizer pills for active treatment post-infection work out and have no side effects.
Also hope that the other treatments become more accepted...
