 | If you start in at about minute 50 or 55 you get to the gist of his argument. He essentially says you can't get to doses high enough in plasma. 
 This was the same argument given nearly two years ago claiming in an in vitro study that excessive levels would be needed. But in actual practice those high levels were not needed because the levels were concentrated in certain areas of the body and were at higher levels than plasma levels.
 
 Debate is good.
 
 Time will tell.
