Central Illinois | I have 2 batties and carry the 12V charger with me in the tractor. Only remember 1 day that I even used the 2nd battery. The bars we have been using allow us to pull 2 tanks side X side. Most times I can hitch 1 tank on the first try. I just take the winch with me to snag the 2nd one Much easier than getting back in the cab and moving the tractor. Just like pairing up the empty tanks, just get with-in a couple feet and pull them together with the winch. The batteries I think are ni-cad and due drain over a period of time. I always take both batteries with me and plug 1 in to the cigarette lighter if I 'm planning on any larger projects. Rated @ 1000 lb pull but I use a snatch block most of the time for easier alignment. | |
