I was in the same boat as you a few weeks ago, the weather we have had I decided to not plant, plus insurance wont cover it now. If you do go for it up your population. Look at it in the spring, you can always burn it down and plant another crop in its place. I think you can claim it as a cover crop here anyways till dec 17th. I
