You believe your soil test levels are pretty good.   Consider prepaying half of what you normally apply.   If prices go crazier by spring, apply what you prepaid and use your soil bank for the other half.  If prices happen to dramatically drop by spring,  you can purchase the other half of your requirements or use your soil bank.   Either way, your average prices should not be too bad.
