I have recently lost about 8 pounds and continue to lose. Simple program. Eat less at meals and nibble between meals. Lots of milk, fruits, nuts, etc. Also when I want to eat a lot, say a prayer and think about how bad the world has been screwed and lose my hunger. Some times just think of grand kids and hunger goes away.
