Sibley County, MN | Update: Spring 2020 This problem still exists. Dealer was out to recalibrate the Agco side of things. Says the WAS had trouble codes in the system. Ran it this the remainder of the season, still the same poor steering system performance.
Spring 2021: Replaced WAS, recalibrated Agco side. Rebuild vehicle profile in the Ag Leader system, still sluggish to pick up on the line sometimes. Still tends to drive straight beside the line, sometimes 10" - 11" off the line. Still getting plenty of errors when engaging the system. Sometimes I get an error "Turn steering wheel slightly" when trying to engage the steering. Other times I get a steering "Heading Error". Now tractor will randomly wander off the line at times.
Fall 2021: Dealer out again to check Agco side. No more WAS codes, all looks good. Reload steering software. Still same steering performance.
Anyone have any ideas? Anyone else running a steer command system in a 600D series tractor that wouldn't mind sharing your steering settings. I have installed an OnTrac3 now as well, so I am using it as a backup. Still hoping to figure out why this integrated system is not working like it should.
