They have YouTube videos of the shoplifting in SF. The criminals even play victim when a store employee tries to grab the bag of stolen stuff. Pretty pathetic the rights that thieves have. Thieves should have a 3 strikes system. 1st offensive gets a standard fine, 2nd offense give them a tattoo labeling them a thief, 3rd offense cut off a hand to deter future crime.
