deep SW On.		Its a goods and consumption tax on top of our income tax.....Why I say it affects the poor more is the guy making $100k a yr. may only need to spend $30k a yr. subject to tax whereas the working poor making $25k a yr. will spend the whole $25k and be subject to tax on it with the exception of grocery store food (food joints charge sales tax) and childrens clothing...

Rich Canadians move there funds to off shore acc'ts like Belize and skip mauch tax
