My experience is the local NAPA store stops and does my 3/8 thru 3/4 hoses if they have the fittings ASAP. If it is heavy or special fittings I go to the local Cat Dealer ( Foley ) They have someone on it immediately and even parts guys will take care of me if hose tech is on lunch or whatever.Never had to wait because they didn't have material or fittings.I feel price is fair and hope they are making enough to always be there.They also service and repair my D-6H and while can get expensive,I runs and gets the job done.I have no complaints with good service ,It crappy service and repairs that burns me. Cost is what it is.
