VT | I'd think you could get into a MF 4710 for about that price, and I would take the 4710 over the Workmaster in a heartbeat.
If you're looking used I'd highly recommend a Tier 3 NH T5000, T4000, or CIH JXU or Farmall U. Those are all very good tractors and there are lots of them out there. I think the CNH utility tractors are better laid out and more comfortable to drive than the equivalent JD in the 7,000-9,000# weight class. We have a few of both and all have been reliable, so that's less of a factor in my opinion. | |
