Transmission is a 4 speed manual shift. I don’t think it even has an oil pump.

The 310D has a separate hydraulic reverser box on the back of the engine and then a driveshaft into front of the transmission/rear differential housing. That unit gives you F-N-R on the left of the steering wheel and the electric clutch disengage buttons on the loader control stick and the transmission shifter.

If overfilling it doesn’t help, then yeah, probably time to drop the pan on the reverser. I think it’s a Borg-Warner unit.
