How about having pre-grilled steak in the fridge and then cut it up and take it with you in the cab. If it sets in the sunshine in the cab all morning, it is a great and healthy meal, especially if you add bacon too.
I would also think that an MRE has a pretty complete profile of nutrients for you to survive the time spent during harvest, at least much more than some can of soup or some other can of whatever...... | |
