I'm not sure you're taking me seriously. So, why did you ask? If that drone was being hand-carried by a person on foot taking pictures, would you "shoot them down"?

Drones are not always "taking pictures" either. At least, mine aren't. There's also nothing to say the drone camera ever saw you. Might've been looking for wildlife or something, I don't know. Not sure why you would've been targeted, if you were. I think you say you never saw the drone, but were sure it might have been intruding on your privacy.
