i have a blue dot that does not move, does that count?

so when i open the app (after closing out of the app and restarting ipad), initially i have no blue dot but when i hit zoom field or zoom current i get a blue dot. when i get on the 4 wheeler and take of the blue dot goes no where. location is always on for agleader aginiti app, and precise location is turned on.

so in conclusion it is still a failure on my app.
