There could of course be exceptions, but in general I don’t think it’s a stretch to suggest better support and parts availability in North America with JD compared to Kubota. Resale price on the Deere is going to be better and it will be easier to sell when the day comes. I don’t care either way what someone else buys and I’ve even looked at Kubota and compared the models to a JD. Just like any other short-line or emerging brand...they are unfortunately at a competitive disadvantage and unless their product is above and beyond more desirable or stand in a class on their own and it’s still priced competitively, it probably doesn’t make economical sense to buy it. Unless of course a guy just wants a Kubota, sure, then buy a Kubota.
